Alligator Point Beach House on the Gulf of Mexico: Large older Florida beach house in one of the least touristy least developed places left on the Florida coast. This is a large (~4000 square foot) 5 bedroom 3+ bath home on a one acre lot with 110 feet of private unshared beach frontage. The water is 100 feet out your door. Alligator Point has no condos or bars or restaurants or motels or anything commercial on its beach. It is miles to the nearest public beach access, you will pretty much have the beach to yourselves. This is a very quiet remote area; you are at the end of a 5 mile long dead end road and 35 miles from the nearest traffic light. The beach is great for swimming, fishing, playing, sunning, shell collecting, and pretty much anything you want to do on a beach.
